How to Elect Your Benefits


 

Welcome to Hackensack Meridian Health! You can make your benefits elections online by logging into MyWay – PeopleSoft. You will have 31 days from your hire date to enroll in benefits.

MyWay is used to maintain team member benefit information. To log into the system you will need:

  • Your network user ID and login – provided to you by your leader;
  • Access to a Hackensack Meridian Health computer OR your personal computer or mobile device with Duo installed.

Note: Downloading and installing DUO allows you to gain access to MyWay – PeopleSoft from home. DUO allows us to confirm your identity so we can ensure you are who you say you are before granting access to your personal data. For instructions on how to download DUO, click here.

Once you have what you need and are logged in to MyWay, find and click on the “My Benefits” tile. From the left column of the “My Benefits” page, click on “Benefits Enrollment”.

Once there, click “Select” under the “Open Benefit Events” to complete your benefit elections. Do not forget to click the “Submit” button to complete your enrollment.

Once you have submitted your benefit elections you can see those elections the next day in MyWay, under “Benefits Summary”.

Please remember your benefits will become effective the first of the month following your date of hire. Medical/Prescription ID cards will be mailed directly to your home.
