How do I get support if I have issues accessing and/or using the system?

How do I know when I get a new assignment?

You will receive an automated e-mail from the Learning system to your HMH e-mail account notifying you of newly-assigned courses.

How do I find the courses I am required to take?

In MySuccess, click the Learning tile. Courses that have been assigned to you appear in the My Learning Assignments tile.

How do I know when an assigned course is due?

In MySuccess, click the Learning tile. Course due dates are noted on the My Learning Assignments tile. Your list of assignments is sorted by default so that any overdue assignments are at the top, followed by assignments not yet due, then assignments due anytime.

How do I find an elective course?

In MySuccess, click the Learning tile. Elective courses are found through the Find Learning tile. In the Search box, type in the topic/title you are looking for. Then click Go. Or, click Browse All Courses to see the entire catalog of courses, curricula, and programs to which you have access.

How do I know if a course offers CE credit?

In MySuccess, click the Learning tile. For assigned courses, click the More button to the right of the course title. This will display additional information about the course, including any available CE credit. The type(s) of credit and number of hours will be listed. For elective courses, navigate to the Catalog screen, as described in the item above (How do I find an elective course …). From the Catalog screen, click the name of a course. If the course offers CE credit, the type of credit(s) and number of hours will be listed.

How do I view my list of completed courses?

In MySuccess, click the Learning tile. Go to the History tile and click View All. You can change the date range displayed by clicking the dropdown menu next to Show Completions.

How do I print/save a report of my completed courses?

In MySuccess, click the Learning tile. Go to the Links tile and click Reports. Select the blue arrow to the left of Learning History. Choose the first option (Learning History) if you want an HTML (webpage) or PDF report. Choose the second option (Learning History (CSV)), if you want a CSV file (which can be used with Microsoft Excel). Configure any additional settings on the page. Choose the date range for the report using the calendar icons next to Completed Date From and Completed Date To. Click Run Report at the bottom of the screen. Your report will open in a separate window or you will be prompted to open or save the report file (depending on which format of report you chose). Once the report has opened in the browser or once you open the saved report file, you can then print the report.

How do I print a certificate for a course I completed?

In MySuccess, click the Learning tile. Go to the History tile and click View All. Under the Action column, click the Printer icon next to the course you are looking for. The certificate will open in a separate tab. You can print it by clicking the Print file icon that will appear in the floating task bar at the bottom of the page.

How do I view online content from a previously completed course?

In MySuccess, click the Learning tile. Go to the History tile and click View All. Find the course you are looking for and hover your mouse over the name of the course. A menu will pop up to the right of the title. Within the menu, click Review Content. The Online Content Structure page will appear. Click the name of the content that you wish to review.

How do I access a record of my completions from my previous Learning Management System (HealthStream, HOLA, LearnSoft, CareLearning)?

Your entire record of learning from your previous LMS will not be listed in the Learning LMS. However, all previous records are still stored on HMH servers and are accessible if needed. If you need a record of a previous course completion, and you do not see it on your Learning History, contact the Learning & Development Department via e-mail at LearningAndDevelopment@hackensackmeridian.org.
