As a Hackensack Meridian Health team member, your experience and perceptions of our organization’s culture of safety is vital!
Safety is the cornerstone of the high-quality care we deliver to each of our patients. Assessing the culture of safety within our own organization is an essential component of error prevention and improving the healthcare experience for patients and team members alike.
Your feedback from the 2019 Patient Safety Culture Survey will help us continue to improve patient and team member safety in our hospitals. You will be asked for your opinion about communication and openness, feedback and communication around errors, management support of patient safety, handoff and transitions, and event reporting in our hospitals. Your responses are completely anonymous.
The survey concludes on Monday, July 1, so don’t delay.
